The sand washing wastewater enters the fine sand reclaimer through the chute for sediment separation and fine sand extraction, and the finished sand is obtained after a series of treatments.

Process flow: silo → vibrating feeder → jaw crusher (coarse crushing) → impact crusher or cone crusher (fine crushing) → sand making machine → vibrating screen → sand washing machine → conveyor.

About 0.1-0.3 m3 of water is consumed for cleaning 1 m3 of sand. In addition, because the sand washing water is circulating and will not freeze when the sand washing machine is working, the water in the water tank shall be drained when it is stopped at night.
