Fine Crushing Plant Introduction

The fine crushing plant is composed of a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, toothed roll crusher, four rolls fine crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control system, and other equipment. Working Principle of Fine Crushing Plant

During operation, the bulk materials are poured into the silo by the loader and evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed blocks are sent to the double toothed roll crusher by the belt conveyor for medium crushing. The medium crushed blocks are sent to the four roll fine crusher by the belt conveyor through the distributor for fine crushing. The finely crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening, and the materials of different specifications are screened, The finished products meeting the particle size requirements are sent away by the belt conveyor; Unqualified materials are returned to the crusher by the belt conveyor for re crushing, forming a closed-circuit circulation.

Double Toothed Roll Crusher Introduction

Working Principle of Double Toothed Roll Crusher

The double toothed roll crusher uses the high extrusion force generated by the relative rotation of two wear-resistant crushing toothed rolls to crush the materials. After the materials enter the gap between the two toothed rolls (V-shaped crushing cavity), they are subjected to the extrusion force and shear force of the relative rotation of the two toothed rolls. Working Principle of Four Roll Fine Crusher

The four rolls fine crusher uses four wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers to crush materials with high extrusion pressure generated by relative rotation. After entering the V-shaped crushing cavity of the top two rollers, the material is subjected to the extrusion force of the relative rotation of the upper two rollers. After the material is extruded and meshed for the first time (coarse crushing), then enters the relative rotation V-shaped crushing cavity of the middle two rollers for secondary extrusion and meshing (fine crushing), and finally enters the V-shaped crushing cavity of the next two rollers for the third extrusion. After shearing and meshing (ultra-fine crushing), it is crushed into the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port, The middle two crushing rollers are common.
