Dolomite Crushing Process And Grinding Equipment

Dolomite crushing process

  • Raw materials smaller than 1400mm uniformly enter the jaw crusher for crushing through a vibrating feeder after blasting or excavation.
  • The semi-finished materials from the jaw crusher enter the impact crusher for secondary crushing.
  • After the secondary crushing, the 40mm mixed aggregate goes to the subsequent screening machine for classification and screening.
  • After the screening, the large particle materials that didn’t meet the requirements go back to the impact crusher through a belt conveyor for circular crushing.
  • The finished products of different particles that meet the customer’s needs go to the finished product silo through the discharge belt conveyor.

When producing high-quality sand, it will separate the 5-40mm material from the vibrating screen and go to the semi-finished material bin in the sand-making workshop. Then, the material goes to the sand-making machine through a vibrating feeder. After sand-making process, the finished mixture is transported by a belt conveyor to the secondary screening machine for screening, thereby separating different final products.
