Custom Diabase Aggregate Crushing & Screening Plant

Diabase is composed of pyroxene and basic plagioclase, and a small amount of olivine, biotite, quartz, apatite, magnetite, ilmenite, etc. Diabase is a superior building raw material, which uses as building stone or craft stone. Uniform texture, and no cracks, can be used as stone raw materials, especially fine-grained ones. Generally, it uses as airport runway aggregate. With the increasing demand for building aggregates, more and more investors are choosing various gravel stone crushing machines for aggregate production operations.

Diabase Crushing Screening Flow

The Diabase crushing production line divides into four stages: coarse crushing, medium and fine crushing, and screening.

  • Stage 1: Coarse crushing

The diabase is evenly fed into the silo by the vibrating feeder and conveyed to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.

  • Stage 2: Medium Crushing

The coarse and crushed materials are screened by a vibrating screen and transported by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher for intermediate crushing. The crushed stones are transported to a vibrating screen through a belt conveyor to screen out large materials of different specifications. The stone material that meets the customer’s particle size requirements will transport to the finished product pile through a belt conveyor. The cone crusher crushes the back material again and forms a closed loop.

  • Stage 3: Sand making

The crushed material is larger than the size of the two-layer sieve and is transported back to the impact crusher or cone crusher through a belt conveyor. The sand-making machine performs fine crushing and shaping.

  • Stage 4: Screening

The stones that meet the particle size requirements are transported to the finished material pile by the finished belt conveyor; The large rock that does not meet the particle size requirements conveying by the belt conveyor and sent to the impact crusher or cone crusher for further crushing, forming a closed circuit with multiple cycles. The particle size of the finished product can be combined and graded according to the user’s requirement. We can add auxiliary dust removal equipment in the aggregate crushing line to protect the environment. The finely crushed and shaped materials will screen through a circular vibrating screen to get coarse, medium, and fine sand.

Energy-saving Diabase mobile crusher

During the operation of the Diabase mobile crushing station, the materials uniformly feed to the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder. After preliminary crushing, the jaw crusher, fine jaw crusher, and the cone crusher form a closed circuit system through the round vibrating screen to realize the circulation crushing of materials. The finished materials transport out by the belt conveyor and get continuous crushing. The diabase mobile crusher can remove the circular vibrating screen according to the actual production needs to achieve the primary crushing of materials. It is convenient and flexible for the crushing plant to work with other stone crushing equipment.

The complete set of mobile crushing and screening plants includes a primary crushing station, secondary crushing and screening station, belt conveyor, etc. Each crushing station is an independent work unit that can fulfill its different responsibilities. Aggregate processing plant

This flow chart is for a 200tph sand-making plant. The raw material is diabase, the input material size is under 600mm, and the required output size is 0-5mm,5-10mm.

  • The raw material is first transported by truck to a hopper, and the material goes into a vibrating feeder( DN590*110 )because of the height difference.
  • The vibrating feeder transports the material to the jaw crusher(PE-750*1060) for primary crushing.
  • After primary crushing, the output from the jaw crusher transfers the raw material by belt conveyor to the secondary crushing machine compound cone crusher(DN1400) to get a smaller size.
  • Then the smaller size goes to the two layers vibrating screen(2YD2160) to get three products, screen mesh sizes are 35mm and 5mm, the first one is the material size over 35mm goes back to cone crusher for fine crushing, the second middle size 5-35mm material transport to transit hopper by belt conveyor to sand making machine (DN9000)to get fine material and goes to second vibrating screen(2YD2470), and third size 0-5mm material transport to second vibrating screen(2YD2470).
  • When the material gets to the second vibrating screen(2YD2470), mesh size is 10mm and 5mm, the size over 10mm goes back to transit hopper to sand making machine(DN9000), the 5-10mm material goes the first output product, the second output 0-5mm goes to the sand washing machine to get a clean product. And get output sizes 0-5mm, 5-10mm.
