Working Principle

The working principle of the roller crusher is that two sets of separately driven roller shafts crush the material by the squeezing force and grinding shear force generated by the relative rotation. When the material enters the crushing cavity of the machine, the material is subjected to the meshing force of the rotating roller, so that the material is forced to pass between the two rollers, and is squeezed and sheared by the roller at the same time. The small particles are thrown down the machine through the gap between the two rollers along the tangent line of the roller rotation, and the large particles that exceed the gap continue to be broken into small particles and discharged. This method of operation is somewhat similar to our home noodle machine.

Structure

This series of roller crushers are mainly composed of rollers, roller support bearings, pressing and adjusting devices, and driving devices.

The driving mechanism is driven by two motors, which are driven by the V-belt to the sheave to drag the roller, and rotate according to the relative direction. When the material is crushed, the material passes through the roller from the feeding port, and is crushed by rolling, and the crushed product is discharged from the bottom of the chassis. For safety, the transmission part should install the safety cover according to the actual situation.

Adjustment of discharge granularity: a wedge or gasket adjustment device is installed between the two rollers, and an adjustment bolt is installed at the top of the wedge device. When the adjustment bolt pulls the wedge up, the wedge pushes the movable roller away from the fixed wheel , that is, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and the discharge particle size becomes larger. When the wedge goes down, the gap between the two rollers of the movable roller becomes smaller under the action of the compression spring, and the discharge particle size becomes smaller. The gasket device adjusts the size of the discharge particle by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket. When the gasket is added, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and when the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller, and the discharge particle size becomes smaller.

Scope of Application

The double-roll crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing of materials with medium hardness, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc. The double-roll crusher is mainly suitable for coarse and intermediate crushing of brittle bulk materials in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal mine and other industries. Precautions for Use

  • The double-roller crusher should strengthen the iron removal work of feeding ore. Non-crushing objects (bits, etc.) falling into the pair of rollers will damage the crusher, resulting in a parking accident. Therefore, an iron removal device should be installed before the crusher.
  • The viscous material is easy to block the crushing space. It should be stopped to deal with the blockage failure, and it is not allowed to smash the ore during operation.
  • When the material to be processed contains many large pieces, it should be noted that the large pieces of ore are easily squeezed out from the crushing space to prevent injury to people or damage to the equipment.
  • After the double-roller crusher runs for a long time, due to the large wear of the roller surface, the particle size of the product will be too fine. At this time, attention should be paid to adjusting the discharge port or overhauling the equipment.
  • Strengthen the inspection of the equipment, and refuel the lubricating parts of the equipment on time to keep the equipment in a good lubricated state.
