introduction
The pebble of crushing material are mainly used for local road construction. Given the texture of river pebbles is hard, our engineer recommend the cone mobile crusher to replace the original impact crusher, thus reducing the wear of the crusher. The production line occupies a small area and is convenient to change the work site.
process flow
The natural river pebbles are evenly sent to the cone crusher by a vibrating feeder for crushing. The crushed materials are screened by a vibrating screen. The materials with excessive particle size are returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing, and the materials that meet the requirements are sent to pile of finished products.
performance
This river pebble crushing adopts a mobile type crushing method, rather than the traditional fixed crushing production line. It occupies a small area and it is easier to suits the work site condition. The mobile crushing station has low requirements on the site, and can crush the pebble near by the mining area, which reduces the cost of material transportation.
